I forgot to print my certificate

If you have already completed the Practice Questions module, you have two options to reattain your non-accredited online certificate:

1. Using the same device that was initially used, head back to the Practice Questions module and click 'Yes' to resume when prompted. This will take you back to the last slide viewed, which should be the certificate slide. You can print, take a screenshot or photo of the certificate on your phone as evidence.
2. If you are not prompted to resume or use a different device, you will need attempt the Practice Questions again. Only the assessment (Practice Questions), not the theory work (Pre-learning).

If you are completing Mental Health and Crisis Support, there is no 'Practice Questions' module:

1. Using the same device that was initially used, head back to the Pre-Learning module and click 'Yes' to resume when prompted. This will take you back to the last slide viewed, which should be the certificate slide. You can print, take a screenshot or photo of the certificate on your phone as evidence.
