The pre-learning online certificate is located at the end of the ‘Practice Questions’ module. Once you complete the Pre-learning, you will be guided to complete the ‘Practice Questions'. This assessment will take approximately 10 mins and is essentially a knowledge check that will prep you for your in-class accredited exam. You will be prompted to either print, save or take a photo of your online certificate to show your St John trainer at your practical session.
If you are completing Mental Health and Crisis Support, your certificate is located at the end of the pre-learning, there is no 'Practice Questions' module.
If you are completing Provide First Aid which includes the Online Theory Assessment (PFAx), you will not receive an online certificate unless your results fail to send to St John. There is no 'Practice Questions' module.
If you are completing Provide first aid in an education and care setting which includes the Online Theory Assessment (ECFAx), you will not receive an online certificate unless your results fail to send to St John. There is no 'Practice Questions' module.
