I forgot to print my certificate

If you have already completed the eLearning course, you have two options to reattain your non-accredited online certificate:

1. Using the same device that was initially used, head back to the eLearning course and click 'Yes' to resume when prompted. This will take you back to the last slide viewed, which should be the certificate slide. You can then print, take a screenshot or photo of the certificate on your phone.
2. If you are not prompted to resume or use a different device, you will need attempt the Activity Questions again. Using the left-hand side menu, scroll down > click on Question 1 of the Activity Questions > continue from there.

If you are completing Introduction to First Aid (Awareness), the Activity Questions section is titled Final Assessment. If you are completing Manual Handling, you will not be able to skip ahead by the left-hand side menu.
